1. About SeaBreeze VA Solutions

SeaBreeze VA Solutions (“SeaBreeze,” “we,” or “us”) provides virtual assistant, administrative support, and digital operations services to established business owners. By purchasing or using any SeaBreeze service, you agree to these Terms of Service.


2. Definitions

For clarity throughout this Agreement:

  • Prepaid Hours (also referred to as “Virtual Debit Card” hours) refer to blocks of service time purchased in advance for future use.
  • Billing Location means the country or state where your primary place of business is located and where you are invoiced for services.
  • Client refers to any individual or business that purchases or uses SeaBreeze services.

3. Services

SeaBreeze VA Solutions provides personalized virtual assistant, administrative, and digital support services. Services may be delivered virtually (via Zoom or similar platforms) or in person when available and mutually agreed upon.

Services include, but are not limited to, those listed on our Services page. All services are professional and supportive in nature. Results may vary depending on individual client needs, circumstances, and the information provided to us.

SeaBreeze reserves the right to decline or discontinue any engagement that involves unlawful, unethical, or misleading tasks.


4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

SeaBreeze VA Solutions may use AI-assisted tools and technologies — such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms — to support the delivery of services. AI tools may be used to assist with tasks such as research, drafting, data organization, content formatting, and other administrative or digital work.

This is how AI is used in your service:

  • ✓ All AI-generated outputs are reviewed, edited, and approved by Christi Johnston personally before delivery.
  • ✓ Your confidential information remains private and is not shared with third-party AI platforms beyond what is necessary to complete your specific tasks.
  • ✓ Final work is always human-approved, customized for your needs, and delivered with an owner’s perspective.
  • ✓ You own the final deliverables once payment is received in full.

The use of AI tools allows SeaBreeze to work more efficiently, deliver higher-quality results, and keep service costs competitive — while ensuring every deliverable reflects the care and judgment of an experienced professional.


5. Payments & Prepaid Hours

Pricing & Currency

All services are priced in US Dollars (USD). Pricing is clearly communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

Prepaid Hour Packages

Hours are sold as prepaid blocks (“Virtual Debit Card”). Current packages include:

  • 5 hours — $350
  • 10 hours — $600
  • 20 hours — $1,100

All Prepaid Hours are paid in advance through Stripe or another approved payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment is complete.

Expiration of Hours

Purchased hours expire six (6) months from the purchase date. Unused hours are forfeited after that period, unless a written extension is agreed upon at least 30 days prior to expiration.

Pricing Corrections

If a payment is processed in error or under incorrect pricing, SeaBreeze reserves the right to cancel the transaction, issue a refund, and reissue a corrected payment request. You will be notified in writing of any such correction.


6. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or an approved scheduling platform.
  • Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or deducted from your remaining hours.
  • SeaBreeze reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict.
  • Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Clients are responsible for ensuring their technology is ready prior to the session.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective and productive sessions, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required devices, software, accounts, and login credentials (including administrator access when required).
  • Be present and available during scheduled session times.
  • Communicate any known technical limitations or issues in advance.
  • Provide timely feedback and information needed to complete work.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully.
  • Refrain from requesting unlawful, unethical, or misleading tasks.

SeaBreeze VA Solutions is not responsible for incomplete services or outcomes resulting from lack of access, missing information, or client unavailability.


8. Confidentiality & Client Information

SeaBreeze VA Solutions respects client privacy and confidentiality. Any personal, technical, or business-related information shared during services — including login credentials, passwords, financial details, or internal systems — is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services.

SeaBreeze will not sell, share, or disclose confidential client information to third parties, including:

  • Account or login credentials
  • Financial or billing information
  • Contact lists or customer data
  • Business files, systems, or internal processes

Confidential information may only be disclosed if required by law or with explicit written client permission.


9. Intellectual Property

Deliverables you purchase and pay for in full — such as documents, templates, or completed projects — belong to you upon receipt of full payment.

SeaBreeze retains ownership of all background materials, processes, frameworks, and know-how used to produce those deliverables. SeaBreeze may reuse generic tools, frameworks, or concepts developed during client engagements.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, branding, and materials — is the property of SeaBreeze VA Solutions and may not be used without prior written consent.


10. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the site
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

11. Third-Party Links & Platforms

This website may include links to third-party platforms such as scheduling or payment providers. SeaBreeze VA Solutions is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors; any currency conversion is handled at their discretion.


12. Limitation of Liability

All services and website content are provided on a best-effort, “as is” basis. SeaBreeze VA Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant prepaid hours or services giving rise to the claim.


13. Termination

Either party may end the working relationship with written notice.

  • Unused prepaid hours remain non-refundable upon termination.
  • Any work in progress will stop once notice is given, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with South Carolina law.


15. Updates to These Terms

SeaBreeze VA Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at seabreezevasolutions.com/terms-of-service. Continued use of the website or services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
